Job summary

Randstad USA's client in Columbus, OH is seeking a Project Lead / Superintendent to direct commercial concrete construction from mobilization through closeout. You will oversee field operations, manage crews and subcontractors, and handle schedules, material procurement, and daily project execution in collaboration with Operations Managers and Field Leads.

The role requires 3+ years of field leadership in concrete construction (data center experience preferred) and no degree is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of field leadership experience overseeing crews on concrete projects.
• Experience coordinating subcontractors, managing schedules, and self-perform concrete work; data center experience preferred.
• Leadership, communication and organizational skills to manage field operations and multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead all field operations for commercial concrete projects, ensuring work is safe, on schedule, and to quality standards.
• Supervise and coordinate field crews, subcontractors, and Field Leads while driving daily project execution.
• Manage project schedules, material procurement, concrete ordering, and field logistics.
• Oversee self-perform concrete work including slab-on-grade, tilt-wall, flatwork, generator yards, and structural concrete scopes.
• Partner with Operations Managers, project teams, and clients to resolve field issues and deliver projects from mobilization through closeout.
