Our client, a leader in the concrete construction industry, is seeking an experienced Superintendent. We desire a candidate with 8-12 years of experience in multifamily concrete construction.
Ability to communicate orally in person and over devices with peers, vendors, contractors, clients, and construction workers is crucial. Regular use of mobile devices (talking or texting) and email for communication is essential. Hearing and vision within normal ranges is essential for normal conversations, to receive ordinary information, and prepare, inspect, or review documents.
Activities require the ability to both remain in a stationary position and move about an office and/or work site as well as to move between locations frequently. Ascent and descent of ladders and stairs on occasion.
Occasional heavy lifting (30+ lb. / 13.6+ kg) can be expected, though exertion of up to 10 lbs. of force are more common. Need good manual dexterity for the use of common office equipment (e.g., computers, mobile devices, copiers).
