Job summary

SRM Concrete is hiring Quality Control Technicians to help ensure our ready-mix concrete meets the highest standards for commercial, residential, and infrastructure projects. Qualifications

• Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply; on-the-job training provided.
• ACI certification is a plus or willing to obtain it.
• Degree in Materials Science, Concrete Management, Construction Management, or related field preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and non-routine testing of raw materials, in-process, and finished concrete.
• Interpret test results and compare with specifications and control limits.
• Conduct visual inspections of concrete products for quality compliance.
• Collaborate with production and operations to troubleshoot quality issues.
• Deliver quality control training to production staff as directed by management or technical services.
• Maintain accurate records of tests, analyses, and quality-related activities.
• Stay current on industry trends, technologies, and regulations to improve QC processes.
