Job summary

Knight’s Companies, a family‑owned leader in construction and manufacturing services, seeks a Technical Operations Manager to oversee concrete quality for Ready‑Mix across regions. You will support QC technicians, maintain lab operations, review schedules, and monitor mix designs to ensure regulatory and customer standards are met.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with experience in QC.
• Strong ability to lead teams while upholding safety and quality.
• Experience with ASTM/ACI guidelines and project specs.

Responsibilities

• Lead QC field operations and ensure policy compliance.
• Develop and implement quality control programs and standards.
• Monitor materials, batch records, and testing results.
• Investigate issues and coordinate root cause analysis.
• Train QC technicians in sampling, testing, and safety.
• Maintain documentation and lab equipment in good condition.
