Job summary

SRM Concrete is seeking a Quality Control Manager to lead our commitment to excellence in concrete products. You will build and mentor a team of technicians, collaborate across departments, and drive quality initiatives for commercial, residential, and infrastructure projects.

You will conduct analyses of raw materials, in-process, and finished products, interpret results, and ensure compliance with specifications.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in Ready Mix Concrete Quality Control management.
• ACI certification preferred.
• Strong understanding of concrete technology, testing methods, and quality assurance best practices.
• Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and proactive problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine and specialized analyses of raw materials, in-process, and finished concrete products using industry-standard methods.
• Interpret test results, compare findings to specifications and control limits, and make recommendations for product release.
• Perform visual inspections of finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Collaborate with production, operations, sales, and technical services to resolve quality-related production challenges.
• Develop and implement quality control training programs for production staff.
• Maintain accurate records of tests, analyses, and quality activities.
• Stay current with trends, technologies, and regulations in the concrete industry to improve QC processes.
• Lead and mentor the QC team to uphold SRM’s reputation for excellence.
