Job summary

SRM Concrete is seeking a Quality Control Manager to lead the QC team and drive excellence across raw materials, in-process, and finished concrete products. You will interpret results, enforce specifications, and collaborate with production to resolve quality challenges.

The role emphasizes developing training programs, maintaining thorough records, and staying current with industry standards to continually improve QC processes. Experience in ready-mix concrete and ACI certification are valued.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in Ready Mix Concrete Quality Control management; additional experience in aggregates is a plus.
• ACI certification preferred.
• Strong understanding of concrete technology, testing methods, and QA best practices.
• Excellent analytical skills and proactive problem solving.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and quality management software.

Responsibilities

• Conduct analyses of raw materials, in-process, and finished concrete products.
• Interpret test results against specifications and control limits.
• Perform visual inspections of finished products for quality.
• Collaborate with production and other teams to resolve quality issues.
• Develop and implement QC training programs for production staff.
• Maintain accurate records of tests and quality activities.
• Stay updated on industry trends and regulations to improve QC processes.
• Lead and mentor the QC team.
