Job summary

Oldcastle APG at our Idaho plant seeks a Coordinator to oversee overall compliance and ensure quality in dry-mix concrete products. The role includes routine testing of products and aggregates per ASTM to support compliance and develop new formulas.

The position requires a high school diploma, basic computer skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly (occasional 80–95 lbs with team lifting). Prior lab/testing or manufacturing exposure is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; associates degree preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret instructions and manuals.
• Strong computer skills.
• Detail-oriented with problem-solving ability.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and up to 80–95 lbs occasionally with team lifting.
• Experience in manufacturing or lab testing preferred.
• Good housekeeping and safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Testing of product formulations.
• Inspection, testing, and approval of incoming raw materials.
• Provide/produce and prepare samples for sales as needed.
• Follow all established specifications and processes.
• Routinely inspect/observe plant equipment and activities for safe processes.
• Prepare and submit all required reports to Oldcastle or applicable agency.
• Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned as needed.
