Midwest Concrete Constructors (MCC) in Richmond Heights is seeking a Concrete Project Manager Intern to support field teams and learn the full project lifecycle. The role offers summer work with hands-on experience on a variety of projects, from commercial to industrial, under the guidance of skilled superintendents.

You will assist in scheduling, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring smooth project execution, with potential for a full-time opportunity after graduation.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related degree programs.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0/4.0.
• Co-op or intern construction experience preferred, but not required.
• Excellent verbal communication skills and a strong work ethic.
• Possess and maintain a valid driver’s license in your state of residence.
• Ability to meet physical demands including standing/walking, uneven terrain, bending, kneeling, crouching, climbing stairs, and lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work on jobsites with field personnel on diverse projects (commercial, industrial, distribution, office, etc.).
• Learn on-the-job skills from the Superintendent, including scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and project execution from start to finish.
• Make meaningful contributions to ARCO’s success by performing critical tasks across the project lifecycle.
