Job summary

MCC, part of the ARCO family, is seeking a Concrete Project Manager Intern to support field teams on diverse projects. You will assist Superintendents, gain hands-on experience, and contribute to project execution from start to finish in Richmond Heights.

You will learn scheduling, subcontractor coordination and how to keep a project running smoothly, with the chance to transition to a full-time role after graduation.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related degree programs.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.
• Co-op or Intern construction experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication skills and a strong work ethic.
• Possess and maintain a valid driver’s license in your state of residence.
• Ability to meet physical demands of the job.

Responsibilities

• Support on job sites and gain hands-on experience with field personnel.
• Learn scheduling, subcontractor communication and project flow alongside the Superintendent.
• Contribute to ARCO's project life cycle across various project types.
