Job summary

Midwest Concrete Constructors (MCC) is seeking a Concrete Project Manager Intern to join our team in Richmond Heights. You will support Superintendents on various projects, gaining hands-on experience in scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and project execution on sites across multiple industries.

The role offers an internship with opportunities to contribute meaningfully, learn from field leaders, and potentially transition to a full-time position after graduation.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related degree programs.
• Minimum GPA 3.0/4.0.
• Co-op or Intern construction experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist Superintendents on jobsites with scheduling and coordination.
• Communicate with subcontractors to ensure smooth project flow.
• Contribute to project life cycle from start to finish and support ARCO’s success.
