Midwest Concrete Constructors (MCC) is seeking a highly motivated Concrete Project Manager Intern to join our team in Richmond Heights. You'll assist site Superintendents, learn scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and the fundamentals of project delivery across commercial, industrial, and multistory projects.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or other related degree programs.
• Minimum Grade Point Average of 3.0 out of 4.0.
• Co-op or Intern construction experience preferred, but not required.
• Excellent verbal communication skills and a strong work ethic.
• Possess and maintain a current, valid driver's license in your state of residence.
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the job, including but not limited to: standing or walking for long periods of time, occasionally on uneven terrain, bending, kneeling, crouching, climbing stairs, and/or lifting heavy loads of up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Work on Jobsites and get hands on experience from our expert field personnel on projects in a variety of industries including, commercial, industrial, distribution, office, multi-family, entertainment and more.
• Learn various skills from the Superintendent on the job including creating schedules, talking to subcontractors, running a project smoothly from start to finish and working with the Superintendent on the jobsite.
• You will make a meaningful contribution to ARCO’s success, performing critical tasks in every stage of the project life cycle
