Job summary

Lithko Contracting, LLC in Bowie, MD seeks a Project Manager to lead estimates and project administration for commercial/concrete projects. You will develop detailed estimates, coordinate cost codes, and prepare customer proposals and preliminary schedules.

The role requires 5+ years in project management and estimating for large-scale concrete contractors, a bachelor’s degree in construction management or engineering, and strong organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering is required.
• 5+ years of experience in project management and estimating for a large scale Self-Perform GC or Concrete Contractor.
• Experience with concrete projects and self-perform requirements.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed and accurate estimates for potential projects.
• Identify and quantify concrete scope items and develop project strategy.
• Generate customer proposals and preliminary schedules.
• Set up projects with initial contract review, cost codes and preliminary budgets.
• Produce and communicate accurate project information to stakeholders.
• Create the preliminary project schedule and organize log setup for MPOs/POs.
• Prepare daily job cost reports to track budget vs. actuals.
• Draft change orders and execute project closeout.
