Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering is required.
• 5+ years of project management and estimating for a large-scale GC or concrete contractor.
• Self-perform concrete experience is required.
• Experience with commercial/industrial concrete projects over $1M.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and core software tools.
• Strong understanding of construction principles and practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed, accurate estimates for potential projects.
• Identify and quantify concrete scope items and help shape project strategy.
• Generate customer proposals and preliminary schedules.
• Set up projects including contract review, cost codes, and budgets.
• Create and maintain timely project information and schedules.
• Organize log setup for MPOs and POs to track items and submittals.
• Collaborate with Project Lead to develop accurate project plans.
• Communicate information, solutions, and opportunities to the team.
• Produce daily cost reports to align with budget and quantity.
• Prepare change orders and perform detailed project closeouts.
