Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in project management and estimating for a large-scale self-perform GC or concrete contractor.
• Self-perform experience of concrete.
• Experience on projects over $1 million.
• Experience with performing estimates, submitting bids, and generating proposals.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed and accurate estimates for potential projects.
• Identify and quantify concrete scope items and contribute to project strategy.
• Generate customer proposals and preliminary schedules.
• Set up projects including contract review, cost codes, and preliminary budgets.
• Produce timely and accurate project information and schedules.
• Create preliminary project schedules and organize MPO/PO log tracking.
• Maintain organized takeoffs and collaborate with Project Lead on the project plan.
• Communicate information, solutions, and opportunities to the team.
• Compile daily job cost reports to align with the budget.
• Create change orders and execute project closeouts.
