Job summary

Christman Southeast Constructors is seeking a Concrete Project Manager in the Knoxville, TN region. The role requires a BS in civil engineering or construction management or equivalent experience, with 5+ years in civil, concrete, or general contracting.

You will forecast costs, manage budgets, schedules, and safety, coordinate with estimators and field leadership, and ensure timely payments and documentation across projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management, and other relevant coursework, or years of related work experience.

Responsibilities

• Forecast project cost to completion and project gross profit for monthly close.
• Develop and manage project budgets, SOVs, and owner invoices to ensure timely payments.
• Coordinate with estimating for take‑offs, bids, proposals, and pricing.
• Ensure safety goals and implement safe work practices on assigned projects.
• Develop schedules, manage changes, and coordinate subcontractors and vendors.
• Prepare project correspondence documenting risk, delays, claims, and safety hazards.
