Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, construction management, or other relevant course work.
• Five (5) or more years of work experience in construction or related job field.
• Intermediate computer knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Assesses and maintains client relationships to understand project needs from contract start through warranty.
• Coordinates development and delivery of project planning services (estimating, scheduling, value engineering, reporting).
• Establishes and clarifies project-specific goals related to schedule, safety, and data reporting.
• Manages client relations with design documents, mock-ups, and punch lists.
• Oversees processing of project information documents, change orders, and risk protections.
• Defines project goals and staffing requirements, develops work plans for each phase.
• Establishes subcontracts and communicates expectations for safety and quality.
• Clarifies expectations in documents and at pre-bid and post-bid meetings.
