Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of direct experience in commercial concrete construction.

Strong knowledge of concrete practices, formwork systems, means, and methods.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
Willingness to travel to jobsites as needed.

Responsibilities

Manage concrete construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
Work full-time from assigned job sites as needed, coordinating with field teams, clients, and leadership.
Create and maintain project budgets, schedules, and critical path plans.
Review project labor costs weekly with Superintendents to ensure budgets are maintained.
Oversee project productivity, cost control, quality, and safety in line with company policies.
Coordinate with operations teams on formwork, logistics, schedules, and budgets.
Communicate regularly with clients to ensure plans, schedules, and expectations are aligned.
