Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, construction management, or related field.
• 5+ years of work experience in construction or related field.
• Intermediate computer knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Assesses and maintains client relationships from contract start through the project warranty period.
• Coordinates development and delivery of project planning services with the project planning leader.
• Establishes project-specific goals related to schedule, safety, accounting, labor relations, EEO, and data processing/reporting.
• Manages client relations, including clarifying quality standards, expectations, and priorities in design documents and punch list evaluations.
• Oversees processing of project information documents, bulletins, field work orders, and change orders with formal authorization.
• Defines project goals and staffing, develops staffing plan and work plan for each phase.
• Establishes subcontract scopes and communicates expectations for safety and quality.
• Clarifies expectations in written documents and during pre-bid/post-bid meetings.
• Executes risk protections by determining Builder’s Risk Insurance approach and coverage.
• Maintains safety focus and coordinates information sharing across the team.
• Prepares monthly evaluations of project finances and expenditures.
• Ensures OSHA/EPA regulatory compliance.
