Job summary

Rick Hamm Construction, Inc. is seeking an experienced Concrete Project Coordinator to support estimators, superintendents, and project teams in planning, execution, and completion of commercial, industrial, and heavy civil projects.

The role is primarily in-office with standard hours, and will involve coordinating with vendors, subcontractors, and clients while maintaining project documentation and RFIs, submittals, and change orders.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; construction management degree is a plus.
• 5 years of concrete construction experience in commercial/industrial/heavy civil projects.
• Experience reading drawings, specs, and structural details.
• Proficient with construction management software and MS Office.
• Must be office-based daily.

Responsibilities

• Organize and maintain accurate project records and documentation for concrete activities.
• Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and clients.
• Assist with On-Screen Takeoff and project management software.
• Prepare RFIs, submittals, and change orders for concrete scope.
• Support site team with site visits and documentation.
• Facilitate project meetings and provide updates on concrete operations.
• Provide general administrative support to keep projects on track.
