Christman Constructors, Inc. is seeking a Concrete Project Manager for the West Michigan region. The role focuses on coordinating planning services, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring project goals align with schedule, safety, and quality standards.

Responsibilities include leading project planning, estimating, and reporting, while managing subcontractors and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards across the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, construction management, or other relevant coursework.
• Five (5) or more years of work experience in construction or related job field.
• Intermediate computer knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Assesses and maintains client relationships to understand construction leadership needs and other business needs from contract start through warranty period.
• Coordinates development and delivery of project planning services (estimating, scheduling, value engineering, reporting) with the project planning leader.
• Conducts estimates for self-performed scopes of work as required.
• Establishes and clarifies project-specific goals related to schedule, safety, accounting, labor relations, EEO, and data processing/reporting.
• Oversees timely processing of all project information documents relating to the contract, bulletins, field work orders, and change orders with formal authorization.
• Coordinates team leadership and ensures safety is the top priority on site.
