Job summary

Oldcastle APG, a CRH Company, is seeking a Production Worker in Utah to operate and maintain concrete production machinery. The role requires reading and following safety and operating procedures, and may involve lifting up to 75 lbs in dusty, hot or cold environments.

Pre-employment screening is required. Responsibilities include inspecting product quality, adjusting equipment, reporting malfunctions, and supporting production flow.

Qualifications

• Requires pre-employment drug screening and background check.
• At least 2 years of experience operating similar equipment.
• Ability to read and comprehend safety and operating instructions.
• Physical requirements include lifting up to 75 lbs. and extended standing.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain concrete production machinery safely.
• Inspect product quality and adjust settings as needed.
• Report equipment malfunctions to Plant Supervisor.
• Assist in maintaining production flow and reporting.
• Perform machine setup and clean-up for product changes.
• Cross-train on other production process aspects.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or plant manager.
