The Shelly Company, a CRH company, is seeking a Plant Manager to oversee batch plant operations, ensure safe production and timely delivery, and supervise plant staff. This role requires coordinating with dispatch, maintaining inventory, and enforcing safety programs across shifts.

Ideal candidates will have a High School diploma and 1–2 years’ related experience, with CDL preferred. Proficiency in Windows, Excel, and Word is expected.

Formación

• High School degree required and relevant experience preferred.
• 1–2 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination.
• CDL preferred and ACI Level One certification preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Enforce safety rules and conduct toolbox talks; ensure safe operations.
• Batch concrete load per specifications and dispatch orders.
• Operate batching safely complying with regulations (OSHA, etc.).
• Print invoices and handle customer payments at delivery as needed.
• Manage plant inventory and prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports.
• Assist dispatch in scheduling drivers and finding jobsites.
