Job summary

Central Supply Company, a CRH company, is seeking a Plant Operator/Supervisor to ensure safe and efficient operation of the batch plant. You will lead daily plant activities, manage personnel, inventories, and dispatch functions, while maintaining compliance with safety and quality standards.

You will supervise and train plant staff, address operational issues, and work to improve production efficiency. This role requires strong leadership, hands-on problem solving, and commitment to customer

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate degree preferred.
• 3+ years in concrete production, aggregate operations, or related industry.
• Prior supervisory or lead experience preferred.
• CDL and ACI certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate and troubleshoot batching equipment to keep operations efficient.
• Supervise daily plant activities and coordinate workflow to meet production goals.
• Train and coach plant staff and provide performance feedback.
• Ensure concrete products meet customer specs and quality standards.
• Maintain safety, environmental, and housekeeping standards.
