The Shelly Company is seeking a Concrete Plant Maintenance Person to join our Ohio team. This full-time role focuses on general maintenance and equipment repairs, while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance across the plant.

Candidates should have 2–4 years of related experience or trade training, with proficiency in basic tools, welding, and crane-related tasks. The job requires physical ability and adherence to safety practices in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Two to four years related experience or training; trade school preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedures.
• Proficient with basic maintenance tasks and safe tool use.

Responsibilities

• General plant maintenance and equipment repairs.
• Follow safety protocols and wear required PPE.
• Complete daily reports and keep records up to date.
