Job summary

The Shelly Company, a CRH company, seeks a skilled maintenance technician for our Ohio operations in Marietta. You will perform general plant maintenance, repair equipment, and support a safe, compliant production environment.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years of related experience (trade school preferred), welding abilities, and proficient with Windows-based tools such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. You will report to the site supervisor and must pass safety training including crane operation if

Qualifications

• Two to four years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination.
• Trade school preferred.
• Ability to interpret safety procedures and manuals.
• Experience with welding and basic repairs.

Responsibilities

• Perform general plant maintenance including repairs to equipment.
• Operate and maintain welding and cutting tools.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, MSHA, DEP safety regulations.
• Complete daily reporting and safety forms.
• Attend training initiatives as necessary.
