Oldcastle APG, a CRH Company, is seeking a full-time Equipment and Machine Operator in North Little Rock, AR. You will work under the Production Supervisor or Plant Manager, pack bags, weigh them, and help keep production on schedule.

Responsibilities include selecting and setting up packaging equipment, performing routine maintenance, and ensuring quality and safety standards are met. A high school diploma and ability to lift up to 80 pounds are required.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 80 pounds.
• Ability to lift, bend, push, pull, sit/stand for shift.
• Employment type is full-time.

Responsabilités

• Operates a packer machine to bag and prepare product.
• Weighs bag to assure proper weight.
• Prepares palletizer or packer machine for start up.
• Completes specified paperwork to generate production reports.
• Observes machine operation to detect product defects or machine malfunction.
• Reviews product for inconsistencies or abnormal appearance, assuring product meets quality requirements.
• Performs routine machine maintenance.
• Use shovel and broom to clean up material spills.
• Assists other Operators to set up machines and any other necessary tasks to adhere to deadlines and completion of product.
• Ensures all housekeeping is maintained in a clear and orderly fashion in assigned area.
• Operates Forklift or other mobile equipment as needed.
