Heidelberg Materials North America is seeking a trainee to learn concrete production processes, ensure quality control, and uphold safety standards. You will collaborate with plant and field teams to support daily operations and logistics, and assist in inventory, scheduling, and customer service activities.

This role offers hands-on mentorship, cross-functional project exposure, and development of leadership and technical skills in a dynamic materials environment.

Work Environment

This role involves both office and field work, including time spent at concrete plants and construction sites. Candidates should be comfortable working in outdoor environments and around heavy equipment.

Physical Demands

• Ability to stand, walk, and move around construction sites and production facilities for extended periods.
• Capability to lift and carry materials or equipment up to 50 pounds.
• Tolerance for working in varying weather conditions including heat, cold, and rain.
• Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) such as hard hats, safety glasses, gloves, and steel-toed boots.
• Occasional climbing, bending, and kneeling may be required.
