Metromont Corporation is seeking a Bed Group Leader to join our team for setup and pour processes across product types. You will read blueprints, prepare materials, and supervise a crew to ensure accurate pours and form placement.

The role requires 1–2 years of construction experience, the ability to read shop tickets, and adherence to safety rules. Work is outdoors in varied weather with a Monday–Friday schedule and potential overtime.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• 1–2 years of general construction experience.
• Ability to read blueprints and shop tickets.

Responsibilities

• Housekeeping and waste disposal during the shift.
• Collect and prepare materials as directed.
• Prepare and clean forms.
• Reads blueprints and shop tickets.
• Identify and report shop ticket errors.
• Measures and marks locations for placement of items in forms.
• Direct or assist with concrete pours as needed.
• Direct or assist with raking, screeding, and leveling concrete as needed.
• Operate equipment such as hoists, overhead cranes, hand and power tools.
• Adhere to Metromont and OSHA safety rules and regulations.
• Housekeeping to maintain work area, tools, and equipment in a clean and orderly manner.
