Job summary

Metromont LLC is seeking a Bed Group Leader in Florida to oversee setup and pour processes for multiple product types on site. You will read blueprints, prepare materials, and guide a crew to maintain quality and safety during pours.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED with 1–2 years of general construction experience. Expect outdoor work with varying weather and a Monday–Friday schedule, plus potential overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Reading a tape measure is preferred.
• Able to read blueprints and shop tickets.
• High school diploma or GED required; 1–2 years general construction experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• General housekeeping and waste disposal throughout the shift.
• Collect and prepare materials as directed.
• Prepare and clean forms.
• Read blueprints and shop tickets.
• Identify and report shop ticket errors.
• Direct or assist with concrete pours as needed.
• Operate various types of equipment (hoists, cranes, hand tools).
• Adhere to Metromont and OSHA safety rules.
