Job summary

Tindall Corporation, a leading precast concrete manufacturer in the southeastern U.S., is seeking a Bed Crew Helper to assist the Bed Leader with setting up and pouring concrete members at our Georgia facility. You will help ensure all components are placed correctly and the bed is prepared for pour, while adhering to safety and quality standards.

The role emphasizes teamwork, attention to detail, and timely completion of daily tasks.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required (or equivalent).
• 1–3 months related experience and/or training or equivalent combination.

Responsibilities

• Follow all Safety and Quality rules to ensure a safe work environment and high‑quality products.
• Review bed cards daily to plan setup and required preparations for the pour.
• Assist with materials coordination to ensure necessary items are brought to the bed.
• Direct crew on the locations of wood, steel and other materials.
• Check bed layout with daily shop cards to ensure accurate concrete member construction.
• Assist pouring the bed using concrete delivery equipment.
• Help ensure the concrete member finishes correctly.
• Assist bed crew in stripping the bed, oiling, placing bulkheads, plates, rebar, etc.
• Perform the final daily check of the work center.
• Take on miscellaneous duties described by the Supervisor to meet deadlines.
