Job summary

Tindall Corporation, a leading precast concrete manufacturer, seeks a production crew member to direct and assist in bed setup and pouring, ensuring proper placement of cables, wood, steel and other materials for concrete members.

Responsibilities include reviewing daily shop cards, coordinating with support staff, directing material layouts, ensuring finish quality, and participating in toolbox and safety meetings to meet production deadlines.

Qualifications

• Education and/or Experience: High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Previous experience in finishing concrete is required.

Responsibilities

• Directs and assists bed crew in setting up and pouring a bed and ensures proper placement of cables, steel pieces and other materials.
• Daily review of shop cards for days pour and plan required preparations to set up bed.
• Coordinates with support staff to bring necessary materials to the bed.
• Directs the crew as to the correct locations of all wood, steel and other materials and checks layout for accurate construction.
• Leads or participates in daily toolbox, production and safety meetings and supports supervisor to meet production deadlines.
