Job summary

Pavement Partners Cincinnati LLC is seeking an experienced Concrete Foreman to lead our concrete crews on active construction sites. This role manages daily operations, ensures safety, schedule adherence, and high-quality finishes.

The ideal candidate has hands-on concrete experience, strong leadership, and the ability to read and interpret blueprints and site plans. Responsibilities include supervising finishers and laborers, coordinating tasks, and ensuring proper curing and quality control

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on concrete experience, with 2+ years in a supervisory role.
• Strong ability to read blueprints and interpret construction documents.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Must be able to walk construction sites and lift 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise concrete crew members, including finishers and laborers.
• Coordinate daily tasks and assign work based on project needs.
• Ensure correct placement, leveling, finishing, and curing of concrete.
• Read and interpret blueprints, project plans, and specifications.
• Enforce safety protocols and quality standards on site.
• Coordinate materials, equipment, and inspections to prevent delays.
• Monitor progress and report status to the Superintendent or PM.
• Provide guidance and development to hourly personnel.
