Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of related experience.
• Experience leading a crew of 10-15.
• ACI Certified.
• OSHA 30 Hour Preferred.
• Leadership skills and proactive planning.
• Quality installation knowledge with ACI tolerances.

Responsibilities

• Organize, sequence and perform tasks within schedule.
• Build and install concrete footings, piers, walls and columns.
• Read blueprints and perform layout with appropriate math.
• Install doors and door hardware.
• Place and finish concrete slabs and elevated decks.
• Pump, place and finish concrete; manage crane signals/rigging.
• Communicate instructions effectively and ensure safety compliance.
