Job summary

LANDMARK PAVING LLC seeks an experienced Concrete Foreman to lead and manage our concrete crews on construction sites. You will supervise daily operations, ensure work is safe, on schedule, and meets quality standards.

The ideal candidate has hands-on concrete experience, strong leadership, and the ability to read blueprints and site plans. This on-site role requires physical effort and flexibility to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Hands-on concrete experience and ability to supervise crews.
• Reading and interpreting blueprints or site plans.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
• Commitment to safety protocols and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise concrete crew members, including finishers and laborers
• Coordinate daily tasks and assign work based on project needs
• Ensure correct placement, leveling, finishing and curing of concrete
• Read and interpret blueprints, project plans and specifications
• Ensure work meets quality standards and safety protocols
• Coordinate materials, equipment and inspections to avoid delays
• Monitor progress and report status to Superintendent or PM
• Resolve on-site issues promptly and effectively
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site
• Enforce company policies and safety compliance (OSHA, PPE)
• Oversee daily operations of one concrete crew including safety, quality and personnel management
• Must be able to walk through construction sites and lift 50 pounds
• Support safety and health programs, tailgate meetings and corrective actions
• Provide guidance and development of hourly personnel
• Perform additional duties as assigned
