Concrete Strategies LLC. in Tucson, AZ is seeking a skilled Concrete Foreman to lead daily operations of the concrete crew across projects, manage staffing and equipment to meet budgeted cost and schedules, and ensure safe, efficient production.

You will plan projects, supervise crew, coordinate manpower, materials and equipment on site, read plans and specifications, and enforce safety policies while maintaining quality and on-time completion.

Qualifications

• Experience: At least three years in the concrete industry or training in concrete construction.
• Advanced knowledge of concrete paving, tools and equipment.
• In-depth knowledge of layout for footings.

Responsabilités

• Supervise, mentor and coach craft personnel as per company policies and work requirements.
• Direct on-site crew to meet daily schedule.
• Coordinate manpower, materials and equipment on site.
• Adjust daily work to production schedule.
• Request materials needed for the scope of work.
• Read and interpret plans and specifications and verify work to specs.
• Maintain high safety standards and enforce safety policies.
