This hands-on leadership role requires strong knowledge of forming, finishing, curing, and coordination with multiple trades. A valid driver's license is required and OSHA-conscious mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial concrete construction experience, including supervisory roles.
• Strong knowledge of forming, reinforcement, placement, finishing, and curing methods.
• Ability to read and interpret structural drawings and specs.
• Knowledge of ACI standards, safety requirements, and best practices.
• Proven ability to lead crews and coordinate with multiple trades to maintain schedules.
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise concrete crews on commercial projects.
• Oversee foundations, footings, slabs, walls, columns, and flatwork.
• Review blueprints and project specs for accurate execution.
• Coordinate with project superintendents, subcontractors, inspectors, and other trades to maintain schedules.
• Monitor placement, finishing, curing processes, and quality control.
• Inspect formwork and reinforcement prior to pours and ensure safety compliance.
• Track daily production and report progress to project leadership.
• Resolve jobsite issues to minimize delays and rework.
