Job summary

Central Concrete Inc. is seeking a Concrete Foreman to lead high-impact commercial projects in the Midlothian area. You will mentor crews, manage on-site logistics, and take ownership of safety, quality, and schedule adherence.

The role requires 8–10+ years in concrete construction with deep expertise in footings, foundations, slabs, walls, and flatwork, plus strong reading of plans and elevations. Travel up to 10% is expected to support multiple sites.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of hands-on concrete construction experience.
• Lead or foreman role experience required.
• Ability to read and interpret plans, elevations and specs.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% within a 30-mile radius.

Responsibilities

• Lead field crews to complete projects safely and on schedule.
• Interpret plans and direct formwork and pour operations.
• Manage manpower, materials and equipment for high daily output.
• Enforce OSHA guidelines and jobsite safety practices.
• Coordinate with general contractors, inspectors and suppliers.
• Document labor, materials, equipment and daily logs.
