Job summary

King Asphalt, Inc. seeks a Foreman - CMRB to supervise the crew in constructing concrete modified recycled base, setting grade and forms for curb, gutter and sidewalks in Rock Hill, SC. The role requires 1–3 years of supervision experience, a strong understanding of concrete work, and the ability to coordinate with project managers and inspectors to maintain project momentum.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of mathematics and the use of drawings, specifications, charts and tables.
• Experience interpreting drawings and using measuring instruments.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct assigned crew to set and align to grade, forms for curb and gutter, sidewalks and other concrete structures.
• Perform all duties per company policies and procedures.
• Create an atmosphere that encourages skill improvement and high morale among employees.
• Ensure crew starts on time and works the paid hours.
• Assist and direct crew in safe equipment use, cost control, quality, productivity and communications.
