Job Overview

Cretepavers Inc is looking for a skilled and motivated Foreman to lead our concrete construction crews. You will supervise and coordinate all project aspects, ensuring efficient, safe, and high-quality concrete pouring, forming, and finishing. Manage manpower, materials, and equipment while collaborating with other trades on-site. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a crew on concrete projects.
• Review blueprints to ensure project specifications are met.
• Prepare worksites with forms, scaffolding, and reinforcement.
• Operate tools for forming, pouring, and finishing concrete.
• Install rebar and mesh reinforcements as needed.
• Hold weekly safety meetings to ensure compliance.
• Complete daily reports on progress and crew performance.
• Drive the company truck to and from job sites.

Qualifications & Requirements

• At least 2 years of construction management experience, preferably in concrete.
• Experience with total station equipment for site layout.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Knowledge of construction tools, equipment, and safety protocols.
• Leadership skills to manage a crew and coordinate activities.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Valid driver's license.
