Job Overview

Cretepavers Inc is looking for a skilled and motivated Foreman to lead our concrete construction crews to success. In this role, you will supervise and coordinate all aspects of the project, ensuring that concrete pouring, forming, and finishing are completed efficiently, safely, and with the highest quality. You'll manage manpower, materials, and equipment while working closely with other trades on-site. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a crew on concrete construction projects.
• Review blueprints to ensure projects align with specifications.
• Prepare worksites by setting up forms, scaffolding, and reinforcement.
• Operate hand and power tools for forming, pouring, and finishing concrete.
• Install rebar and mesh reinforcements as needed.
• Ensure safety compliance by holding weekly safety meetings with your crew.
• Complete daily reports on job progress and crew performance.
• Drive company truck with the crew to and from the job site.
  
  

Qualifications & Requirements

• Previous 2 years of construction management experience (concrete or related field preferred) is required
• Operated and calibrated total station equipment for accurate site layout, including foundation lines, elevations, and grid systems..
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Strong knowledge of construction tools, equipment, and safety protocols.
• Leadership skills to manage a crew and coordinate job site activities.
• Excellent communication skills to work with team members and supervisors.
• Valid driver's license required.
