You’ll have opportunities to maximize your earnings by leveraging service and installation appointments into leads and additional revenue. Customers will rely on your honesty and integrity to offer peace of mind.

Who We’re Looking For

Our team comprises individuals from diverse backgrounds and experience levels. We invest in our employees through comprehensive training and support. Whether you are an experienced technician with the appropriate license (EJ or EJS license in Hawaii), or new to the field, we encourage you to apply.

• Exceptional customer service skills
• Sales experience (car sales, retail, insurance, B2C, call centers)
• Field technician experience (cable, internet, pest control, lawn, construction, solar)
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Ability to work independently and in a team

Physical Demands

• Lift and carry up to 45 lbs
• Climb ladders up to 14 feet
• Work in attics and confined spaces
• Bend, kneel, crouch, and stand for extended periods

Additional Information

The base pay ranges from $30.01 to $34.56 depending on geographic location, knowledge, skills, and experience. Compensation reflects regional labor costs.
