Job summary

APAC Central Inc., a CRH Company, is hiring a Concrete Finisher to read plans, form, pour and finish concrete on diverse construction projects. The role requires working in a safety-focused environment with travel to remote sites and potential night/weekend shifts.

Qualified applicants should have a high school diploma or GED and demonstrable experience reading plans and finishing concrete. Prior construction experience is a plus and a $1500 sign-on bonus is offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• Demonstrated experience in reading plans, and independently forming, pouring, and finishing concrete for construction projects.
• Previous related experience in the construction field is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret project plans and specifications to perform concrete work with precision.
• Independently form, pour, and finish concrete to grade with a fine finish on all types of concrete work.
• Utilize concrete finishing tools and equipment safely and effectively (floats, trowels, screeds, etc.).
• Follow all safety policies and OSHA/MSHA regulations and company procedures.
• Travel to remote job sites and work nights or weekends as required.
