APAC Central seeks a skilled Concrete Finisher in Fayetteville, AR. You will read plans, form, pour, and finish concrete on a variety of construction projects, delivering precise surfaces with a strong safety focus.

This full‑time role requires travel to remote job sites, occasional nights and weekends, and operation of floats, trowels, and screeds. A $1,500 sign‑on bonus is offered to qualified applicants.

Qualifications

• Read and interpret project plans and specs.
• Form, pour, and finish concrete to grade.
• Experience reading plans and performing concrete work.
• Prior construction experience is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Maintain a safe work environment and follow OSHA/MSHA rules.
• Read plans and perform concrete work to grade.
• Pour, finish, and texture concrete surfaces.
• Operate floats, trowels, screeds, and other tools.
• Travel to remote job sites as required.
• Work nights and weekends when needed.
