Job summary

Montana Materials & Construction, A CRH Company, is seeking a skilled Concrete Finisher to read plans, form, pour, and finish concrete on a variety of construction and paving projects. Join our safety-focused team delivering high-quality work across outdoor job sites in MT.

You must be able to lift up to 100 pounds with assistance, follow OSHA/MSHA regulations, and travel to remote job sites. Strong reading of plans and finishing concrete to grade are essential. Pre-employment screenings apply.

Qualifications

• Ability to read project plans and specifications.
• Experience forming, pouring, and finishing concrete for construction projects.
• Demonstrated experience in reading plans and performing concrete work.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a safe work environment by complying with safety policies and procedures.
• Read and interpret project plans independently to perform concrete work with precision.
• Form, pour, and finish concrete to grade with a high-quality finish.
• Utilize floats, trowels, screeds, templates, hand tools, and other equipment safely.
• Follow directions from managers and transfer between tasks as needed.
