Job summary

B is seeking a Commercial Concrete Finisher to perform a range of carpentry tasks related to prepping, pouring, placing, and finishing concrete per specs.

You will build forms, set elevations, assist with reinforcement, and ensure safe operation of equipment while coordinating with foreman. Strong reading of drawings, communication skills, and attention to detail are essential for success on site.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret project drawings and prints.
• Experience in construction or contracting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Read and understand drawings and prints.
• Build and assemble wood or metal forms for concrete.
• Set and place forms to elevations and locations.
• Verify accuracy of structures using levels, plumb bob, laser.
• Erect scaffolding and ladders for elevated work.
• Communicate safety and material needs with supervisors.
• Ensure equipment is in safe working condition.
• Assist with placement of concrete as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
