Job summary

Graniterock is seeking a dispatch coordinator to manage concrete mixer truck scheduling and related paperwork. This role supports on-time deliveries while adhering to safety priorities and company objectives.

The selected candidate will review orders, coordinate with branches, and respond to customer requests across multiple platforms, including BCMI and phone, to ensure high-quality service. Weekend/overtime availability is required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Safety first: promote and follow safety initiatives.
• Schedule and dispatch concrete mixer trucks to ensure on-time delivery; coordinate with branches.
• Respond to customer requests across BCMI and phones to maintain high service levels.
• Review orders before shipping, confirming mix designs, additives, delivery times, locations, and details.
• Participate in daily meetings to review production highlights for the day and ahead.
