MCC, Inc. is seeking a Concrete Dispatch Order Entry professional in Appleton, WI. The role focuses on timely delivery of ready-mix concrete through phone inquiries, order entry, and coordination with customers and MCC teams.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma, basic math understanding, and experience in aggregate/concrete products. Cross-training and compliance with company policies are expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred with basic math understanding.
• 2 years minimum knowledge and experience in aggregate and concrete products preferred.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities in a high volume, fast-paced environment.
• Good communication, both verbal and written, with the ability to follow clear instructions.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and respond to customer requests or inquiries.
• Enter written work orders into the dispatching system.
• Coordinate changes or updates on deliveries with customers or team members.
• Cross-train on other duties as assigned and maintain workplace compliance.
