Cogent Analytics is seeking a hardworking Construction Helper in Apex, NC to support concrete sawing, drilling, cutting, and selective demolition operations. The role emphasizes safety, reliability, and a strong work ethic on physically demanding tasks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in construction helpful but not required.
• Strong safety awareness and willingness to follow procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assist Operators in setting up and transporting equipment to and from jobsites.
• Prepare jobsites by unloading tools and staging equipment.
• Help with debris, slurry and material removal; support cleaning and maintenance of tools and vehicles.
• Perform basic safety tasks, participate in job hazard analysis with operators.
• Support with job paperwork and communication with team and supervisors.
