Advance Concrete is seeking Concrete Cutting Helpers for its Concrete Cutting & Demolition Division in Charlotte, NC. The role focuses on dependable, hardworking individuals to support crews with cutting, demolition, and related tasks.

Ideal candidates bring 1+ year experience in construction or concrete cutting, are safety-minded, and able to lift heavy loads while working in varying weather conditions. Drug test and background check are required.

Qualifications

Candidates should ideally have 1 year+ experience around construction, concrete cutting, core drilling, and/or demolition experience.
Availability to work Monday through Friday, some weekends, 8 hours or more in challenging weather conditions.
Pass pre-employment drug test & background check.
Safety-minded
Dependable
Ability to lift 70 pounds or more
Ability to stand for long periods of time

Responsibilities

Ideal candidates are capable of performing setup and cleanup tasks at jobsites.
Must provide labor support as needed for crews.
Must be comfortable around the operation of a core drill, flat saw, and wall saw.
Must have experience with the use of hand and power tools.
Ensure inspection, security, and cleanliness of company equipment.
Ability to perform duties and operation of tools in compliance with OSHA rules.
Ability to operate forklift, manlift, and/or skid steer a plus.
