Qualifications

• CDL Class A license required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in concrete sawing, core drilling, or demolition.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to operate/maintain equipment.
• Ability to lift 45 lbs+ and work in variable weather conditions.
• Safety-oriented, dependable, and team-focused.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safety: follow standards and enforce PPE/OSHA compliance.
• Transport equipment between yard and job sites daily.
• Operate concrete sawing and demolition tools proficiently.
• Maintain and inspect tools/vehicles; report issues promptly.
• Complete field tickets and accurately report measurements.
• Document job status and communicate with dispatch/management.
• Assist estimator with feedback on job challenges affecting production.
• Coordinate with team to ensure timely project completion.
